Cancellation of a course by the vhs

The vhs may cancel a course, based on justified reasons (e.g. insufficient number of participants or unplanned absence of a teacher). In this case, your bank account will not be charged and any fees paid will be refunded in full. If participants agree to a higher fee, a course that has not enough participants may be held anyway.
